Orders are shipped with ACS Courier. Orders are shipped in 1-5 business days and are delivered by ACS usually in 1-3 business days from the day of shipment. Delivery to inaccessible areas may be delayed by a few extra days.

Cash on delivery service is charged +2.50.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 17.00.

Other times apply for orders containing custom made products. The time indicated on each custom made product refers to the time needed for their preparation and not the receipt of your order. In this case, contact our store.

With each shipment we send you the special voucher number of your parcel and the details of the courier company with which we sent it, with which you can be informed about the progress of the parcel.

In case the information you enter in your order form is not correct, our company does not bear any responsibility for non-delivery.
